    The Better Business Bureau (BBB) advances marketplace trust by setting standards and encouraging ethical business practices. Only businesses and academic institutions that adhere to BBB’s Code of Ethics and Standards qualify for accreditation.

    The University of California FCE, Inc. is proud to be a BBB-accredited member with an A+ rating.

    Unfortunately, very few credential evaluation services qualify for BBB accreditation, yet they continue to serve the public. Consumers have no place to file complaints against non-BBB-accredited credential evaluation services.

    The International Education and Research Foundation, Inc. (IERF) and other National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) members are also BBB-accredited.
